We offer small and medium-sized entities a quick, standard implementation, which in the basic version can be completed in one day. Managing procurement processes in the organization of inquiries and electronic auctions is simple.

The implementation include assigning the subdomain, placing customer’s logo and other graphic symbols, preparing the colors of active and inactive buttons and the background. Then creating user accounts and assigning them the permissions that can be freely modified. It is optional to create a structure of related entities.

Our consultants will determine all the details during one phone call and propose you the right configuration. We only expect:

  • Your logo
  • Colors of active / inactive buttons, which we can also download from your website
  • User data (name, surname, telephone number and e-mail address) and authorizations for each user. There are 3 typical groups of users:
    • Sponsors of the awarding procedure
    • Committee members
    • Approving parties, for example, the publication of the procedure, change of dates or selection of the winner

If you have your own internal procurement policies – we will post them on your eB2B Platform. We will also take care of publishing the GDPR information obligation.
