The Central Ordering Party and many of the largest ordering parties in the country have chosen the eB2B Procurement Platform. Importantly, many of these entities made their choice consciously, meticulously verifying the operation of many platforms available on the market. We were selected due to the reliability of our tool, its functional capabilities, the possibility of further development and integration with the systems of the Ordering Party. We have the longest experience in handling e-Public Procurement Law (PPL) procedures in the country.
The largest investment proceedings in Poland are published on the eB2B Procurement Platform, often concluded with e-auctions. We are definitely ahead of our competitors, which in this area are not able to meet the requirements of ordering parties that have high expectations from the supplier of electronic tools fully compliant with the PPL.
In January 2021, the new Public Procurement Law entered into force. Tender procedures have been simplified and the protection of contractors and subcontractors has increased. The eB2B Platform is constantly updated, our consultants take care of introducing the necessary system modifications.
The legislator set the basic threshold at a fixed value of PLN 130,000, deviating from the Euro conversion rate. The amendment to the Public Procurement Law Act introduced a separation of the EU and national procurement procedures. The TED module of the eB2B Procurement Platform allows you to complete all EU forms directly in the eB2B Platform along with their validation. In this way, you avoid duplication of work and potential errors, reducing publication time to a minimum. The system returns the current publication status and automatically places the published documents in the attachments section of a given procedure.
The eB2B Procurement Platform allows you to monitor both the deadline for inquiries to the procedure terms and conditions and the deadline for submitting offers and for providing explanations by the Ordering Party. Communication with contractors is clear, monitored by the system and always available to the Ordering Party in the form of reports.

The new PPL Act gives contractors an even wider right to legal remedies, regardless of the value of the awarding procedure. The eB2B Procurement Platform monitors all logs of each participant in the procedure and saves them in the system to be available to our customers on-line until the potential appeal process flows through, without the need for any interference of third parties.

For those entities that deliberately use of at least 40% non-price based criteria for evaluating submitted offers, and not just the price, the eB2B Platform is definitely the best solution. With us one can add any evaluation criteria, not only to the entire awarding procedure, but to each part of it, which is our competitive advantage.
The new act obliges the contracting authorities to disclose all offers submitted in the awarding procedure within three days from the opening time. The eB2B system has as many as 3 independent mechanisms blocking access to the submitted offers of contractors, and the encryption of offers prevents access even to system administrators. Unlike competitors, encryption takes place when documents are uploaded. This is a very important, often underestimated feature that distinguishes our system form others.
